Payment & Shipping Terms and Agreements

We Accept All Major Credit Cards, Cashier Checks, Personal Checks, and
Money Orders. We also accept Personal and Business Checks, On-line (E-
Check), if the Shipping Address matches the Billing Address.
We offer a 5% Discount for Money Order & Check Payments, but it
may delay your order, for 2-4 Days.

If you are mailing your payment, please send it by Priority Mail, and make sure
to get Delivery Confirmation, or Certified Mail. Then, kindly, Notify us via e-mail
at:
SuperPC@investmental.com, so that we can expect your payment. If you
are paying by Personal Check, the address on the check must be the same as
the shipping address. Please make payments out to:

After your payment is received and has cleared, please allow up to 8 Business
Days for delivery. Our average Delivery time is 5 Business Days. Shipping and
Shipping Insurance are FREE! We will e-mail you, to confirm payment and we
will keep you updated, throughout the order process. We manufacture each
computer, in the order it was received. Therefore, your computer may not ship
for up to 72 Hours. If it takes longer than 72 Hours to ship, we will send by
Priority Mail (2-3 Days), in order to deliver within the 8 Business Day window.
We will supply you with a Tracking Number, within 24 Hours after the item has
shipped. Thus, you may not receive a Tracking number for up to 4 Days, but
your SUPER PC will still arrive on time! We will always notify you, if there is
going to be any delay, over 8 Business Days
All Sales are final. We DO NOT offer refunds. However we will always
exchange, or repair any defective SUPER PC, for the same model, at no cost
to you, for the first 60 Days. After that, you only pay shipping costs, to our
repair shop, until your Warranty Expires. Read our Warranty Terms, below.

A Limited One Year Warranty is included with your purchase.

If your computer has a hardware malfunction, you must ship it to us, at your
expense. ($40-$60 via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Days). We will repair it and ship
it back to you, at our expense. If there are any hardware malfunctions, in the
first 60 Days, we will reimburse you for your shipping costs, to our repair
shop. After your one year warranty has expired, we recommend taking your
SUPER PC, to any Best Buy, Circuit City, CompUSA, or a Certified Computer
Technician. They should be able to fix just about any problem for $50-$150.
We will also gladly repair any SUPER PC computer, for our wholesale and
shipping costs, once the one year warranty has expired. We offer extended
warranties, for 10% of the purchase price, per year (Example: a $1,500
computer, would be an extra $150, per warranty year, up to 4 Years).

Warranty will become Null and Void, if any modifications have been made
to the product, unless done so, by a certified computer technician. This
includes all Hardware Upgrades. If we find that modifications have been
made, we may require a copy of the receipt, from a certified computer
technician, that modified your computer, before any repairs can be made.
